Hey guys,
So just a quick update to tell you that the last 3 builds (the last one is 44539 published recently) are all broken due to some SWIG library. I restored on the website the build 43886 for download as it is the last to be working.
This lead me to discover that FreeCAD completely changed it’s build pipeline. It moved away the ‘FreeCAD Bundle’ and ‘FreeCAD feedstock’ repositories (which were totally convoluted and obscure so it’s a good move) and moved all the build logic into FreeCAD/FreeCAD.
Now the bad news, is that this means that current AstoCAD build pipeline is broken and still based on the deprecated pipeline. So I need to re-do the whole build pipeline for AstoCAD based on the newer pipeline. The catch is that there isn’t really any documentation of course on how to customize the pipeline to our fork. And so this is probably going to be a painful week.
I just wanted to inform you so that you know why the latest build is broken and what’s going on. I’ll let you know as soon as we have a working build again.
